How to use your personal computer in public health emergency

The CDC’s latest emergency-response plan has just been updated, and it’s getting more draconian by the day.
The new guidance is aimed at helping businesses in public buildings and workplaces avoid dealing with the consequences of a massive outbreak that has claimed more than 5,000 lives, as well as to ensure people aren’t being exposed to the virus.
The changes are particularly interesting when you consider that the original plan, released in April, made the new guidance mandatory for all businesses in the United States.
This meant the new rules for public health in public facilities would apply to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or medical condition.
